THE 3-MONTH COACHING TERM includes:

• Six (6) 1-hour coaching sessions over a 3-month period

• Coaching exercises, worksheets, and accountability as needed

• Email and phone support between sessions, up to 10 minutes each

THE 6-MONTH COACHING TERM includes:

• Twelve (12) 1-hour coaching sessions over a 6-month period

• Coaching exercises, worksheets, and accountability as needed

• Email and phone support between sessions, up to 10 minutes each

THE 9-MONTH COACHING TERM includes:

• Eighteen (18) 1-hour coaching sessions over a 9-month period

• Coaching exercises, worksheets, and accountability as needed

• Email and phone support between sessions, up to 10 minutes each

• Given prior notice, ability to call any time between 9a and 5p on Saturdays and Sundays

THE 1-YEAR COACHING TERM includes:

• Twenty-four (24) 1-hour coaching sessions over a 12-month period

• Coaching exercises, worksheets, and accountability as needed

• Email and phone support between sessions, up to 10 minutes each

• Given prior notice, ability to call any time between 9a and 5p on Saturdays and Sundays
